WHO WE ARE

Advantage Physical Therapy is a locally-owned business founded in 2002 by Lisa Blas. In April 2021, the clinic was purchased by Andrew Perilli DPT. Andrew is a Lockport native who is passionate about helping others within the community. He was a former student-athlete and coach in the Lockport School District. Andrew has practiced as an outpatient physical therapist since June 2017. Please bring your referral/script to your first appointment. If you have not been seen by a physician and do not have a script/referral, please see the information in the right column.

New York State law allows physical therapists with at least 3 years of experience to treat patients without a referral/script from a physician for 10 visits or 30 days. Doctors of physical therapy are trained to determine if a patient requires further testing during the first visit and will refer you out to other providers if needed.

The faster patients begin physical therapy after an injury or onset of pain, the faster they will heal.
